
ST. EDMUNDS ROAD STREET PARTY
These pictures are of a children's street party held in St. Edmunds Road on the occasion of the Coronation in 1952, just around the corner from where I live now. They were sent me by Ashley Barnard.

John BULTITUDE now of the football club fame. His sisters Mary as Hip Hip Hooray and Ann as the rosette girl.
The boy dressed as a television is David George & his elder brother Paul,
part obscured in the centre, is dressed as a pillar box. Dave Miller tells me
that both items were made by their

John BULTITUDE is the boy nearest the camera, Nina Lawrence is 3rd from left & Carol Wedgewood is 5th from left on near side of the table. The boy on the far side of the table is James (Jim) Hempstead
