It has been styled to compliment Harry Double’s trilogy of books, with an emphasis on the use of less well known early photographs of the town. This new book chronicles many of the changes which have taken place in and around the town, by comparing the past with the present. Each pair of pages consists of two photographs – those on the left depict what used to be there.
